Complaints and disputes

Our office will do everything to help you in the best possible way. However, it may appear that you are dissatisfied with a certain aspect of the service.

If you are dissatisfied with our service or our invoice, you are requested to submit your objections first to the attorney himself. Then he will try to find a solution in consultation with you.

If that did not lead to a satisfactory result, you can file a complaint with the ‘Geschillencommissie Advocatuur’ (disputes board of lawyers). Our office is affiliated with the disputes board.
